As a forward-thinking retirement community, The Ormsby aims to not only address the healthcare needs of our residents, but their lifestyle needs as well.

Through Assisted Living, our licensed nursing staff is available to help with the daily to-do tasks that might become more difficult as you age. From showering or dressing, to laundry, meal preparation and medication management, as well as other daily living or around-the-home needs, we’re here to give you a helping hand wherever needed.

With added attention to the small details, Assisted Living focuses on maintaining a resident’s privacy while also empowering them to continue living an independent lifestyle. This includes continuing to make full use of all the services and amenities on campus, including meeting friends and family for meals in our dining venues and joining in resident programs that meet their usual interests.

In sum: not a ton changes for those in Assisted Living. Just an additional helping hand on call for those tasks that have become more difficult to do, and the surety of additional care behind you if necessary.
